We want you to be happy with your bed sheets. This page explains how exchanges and refunds work at Tulip Bed Sheets.
7-day exchange
If the size or colour is not right, you can exchange your bed sheet within 7 days of delivery. Please check your set as soon as it arrives.
What we need from you
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery and tell us your order details and the reason for the exchange.
- The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you receive a different item from the one you ordered, contact us straight away so we can put it right.
Refunds
Exchange is our first option. If an exchange is not possible, we will explain the available options when you contact us.
