What comes with the winter gnome pure cotton bed sheet

• One bedsheet, 87 x 95 inch
• Two pillow covers in the same print
• Fabric: pure cotton, 76 x 68, export quality
• Design: cheerful gnomes in red and grey pointed hats among snowflakes, printed on a pale grey base

Measure your mattress before you order. Check the length, the width and the depth, then allow for the overhang you like on each side. The bed, furniture and room shown in our photos are for display only and are not included in the set.

How the winter gnome print looks in a room

The red hats stand out against the pale grey ground, so the bed becomes the colourful point of the room. Keep the walls and curtains light, and let a simple white or pale wooden bed frame carry the rest.

It suits a children’s room, a family bedroom in the colder months, or a guest room you want to feel welcoming. Our photos are styled to show the design clearly, so treat them as a guide and not an exact match, because screens show colour a little differently.

Why pure cotton suits everyday use

Cotton is a natural fibre that breathes, which is why it is a common choice for Pakistani summers and for everyday use through the year. It feels soft against the skin and tends to soften further with regular washing. You can read more about cotton as a fibre on Wikipedia.

In the hottest months a cotton sheet feels cooler than most synthetic fabrics. In the coldest weeks of December and January, you may want to add a quilt or blanket on top, since a single cotton sheet is not a warm layer by itself.

Caring for your cotton bedsheet

Wash it before first use. For the first few washes, wash it separately from other colours, and avoid very hot water so the print keeps its look. Dry it in the shade if you can, and iron it on a medium setting while it is slightly damp. Wash a small corner first if you are unsure.
