Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide with cash on delivery, so you pay when the parcel arrives. Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 3,000.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your parcel is delivered.
Can I exchange a bed sheet if it does not fit?
Yes. You can exchange within 7 days of delivery if the size or colour is not right. Please check your set as soon as it arrives.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your mattress length, width and depth, including any topper, then compare with the size listed on the product page.
What is in a 3-piece velvet set?
Each product page lists the pieces and sizes included. Our King size velvet sets list a laced bedsheet and two laced pillow covers.
Are velvet bed sheets suitable for summer?
Velvet is a winter fabric. It is warm and absorbs little sweat, so we recommend it from November to February and cotton for hot months.
How do I wash velvet bed sheets?
Wash in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle, with no bleach, and air dry. Avoid high heat, which can flatten the pile.
